Once your order is placed, it’s processed and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery is made directly to your home. There’s no need to collect the device from school.

Processing Times
All in stock products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless specified otherwise.
If an item is not in stock or has an extended lead time, we will reach out and advise you the updated dates. This can happen during busy periods. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
Shipping Rates
All items include free shipping.
Once shipped your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. Rural deliveries may experience a further 1-2 business days of lead time.
Order Fulfilment
Occasionally you may receive multiple package deliveries for a single order because we always aim to get everything to you as quickly as possible!
Where We Deliver
We ship to residential addresses across New Zealand. Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes or overseas addresses.
Changing or Cancelling
If you need to change or cancel your order after it's been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before your order is shipped.
