Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is placed, it’s processed and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery is made directly to your home. There’s no need to collect the device from school.

Timeframes
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment and will usually arrive within 5 business days unless specified otherwise. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise the expected lead time.

School Holiday Periods & Peak Times
Delivery times may be longer during back-to-school periods or public holidays due to higher order volumes. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Order Fulfilment
We utilise multiple local warehouses to ensure you receive the best devices at the best prices available. This may occasionally mean you receive multiple deliveries for a single order because we always aim to get everything to you as quickly as possible!

Where We Deliver
We ship to residential addresses across New Zealand. Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes or overseas addresses. Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order after it’s been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist before your order is shipped.
