    Saint Kentigern School devices are supported and set up automatically through a simple to follow process to ensure students are ready for learning on their first day. With a school device, the machine will be connected to the local wireless network and a variety of network services, as well as ongoing support for both software and hardware issues.

  • No Hidden Costs

    All general system and curriculum software are included in the computer configuration. Parents are not required to buy additional curriculum or systems software for their child to use at school. The one-off software contribution fee of $250 is charged to the student account.

  • Minimised learning disruption

    Onsite support technicians and engineers can resolve most issues on Saint Kentigern School devices with access to loan computers if the student device needs to be kept for servicing.

  • 3-Year Warranty & Accidental Damage Cover Included

    Enjoy stress-free warranty on Saint Kentigern School devices as the school’s ICT department will process all warranty claims on behalf of the parent and students.
    All Windows device bundles come with a 36-month manufacturer warranty with accidental damage protection, while Apple device bundles include 36 months of AppleCare+ which covers accidental.

Drawbacks of not having a School Device⠀

  • No guaranteed replacement or loan devices

    When students forget to bring their devices to school, we will not be able to guarantee access to the school’s loan devices if they have not purchased under the School Device Programme.

  • Families are responsible for arranging repairs and insurance

    It is the families responsibility to secure comprehensive cover for loss and accidental damage. Parents will need to ensure a quick turnaround for repair or replacement so that their child’s learning is not affected.
