As part of this service we will email you a Courier Ticket that you can print and put on the package to then arrange a pick up by NZ Post or drop into your local post shop. This will send the device to our National Logistics Centre who will complete this service on the device once received. We will then courier this back to you to the address you enter when you purchase the service and you will be emailed the freight tracking number once completed.

Note: Devices are not fully set up or enrolled into the school's management system when returned. They'll be ready for you to complete setup at home. This is like a brand-new device purchased from a shop.
